Spoiler alert: Nothing Chrystal says is true! In our attempt to get Chrystal into the:
The Guinness World Records as the fastest liar in a Kentucky hearing lasting an hour or less, we must expose all of her lies found in her testimony on page: Emergency Protection Order.
Chrystal, “He came out of no where”
Chrystal claimed multiple times that James came out of no where when we drove past.
Chrystal was upset that James drove past and seen her in Jesse’s car.
James did nothing wrong. He drove to his house.
James drove past Chrystal on the way to his house. Chrystal picked Abbie up at the bus stop near James’ house long after she no longer lived there. James drove past and saw Chrystal driving Jesse’s car. Jesse is Chrystal’s ex. Chrystal had been telling James that she wasn’t with Jesse…
James’ job site was complete and so James got home earlier and drove past the bus stop earlier than Chrystal was expecting. All James did was drive by.
James had to quit working on the house in Princeton and move to his house in Paducah, because it wasn’t safe for him to drive home.
Chrystal, “James came out of nowhere and drove by.”
Did James do anything wrong by driving home? No. However, with some of the Kangroo-courts in HIllbilly Hell, Kentucky, that’s completely irrelevant. That’s enough to be charged with an Emergency Protection Order. And if that’s the case, later it could be enough for a violation of an Emergency Protection Order. Do you see why James Samples left the United States?
Where’s the crime?
